Fight for your lives



i'm so glad to know that I'm actually influencing the people around me to eat clean and live in a healthier lifestyle. i'd always wanted to eat clean and start working out since last year but being packed with 6 subjects in 4 months and sharing my oh-so-nasty kitchen with my fellow housemates, i decided not to start my workout journey until this year ▰˘◡˘▰

i know it's really hard for us to start doing these all of sudden, especially when we're all living in a multiracial country (Malaysia). we have roti canai, nasi lemak, dim sum and they are all VERY VERY fattening food and of course they don't do any good to our body, sad to say that. but, if you really aim to get in shape and be responsible on your body, START eating clean and follow a proper workout plan, trust me, your hardwork will be paid off ٩(●̮̮̃•̃)۶

so today, im here to share with you my lil happiness *yayy*

after two months of progress, this is what i got. definitely is not what im aiming for but with all the hard work, I'm very proud of myself. remember, it hurts but it works and it worth all the pain. so now, go get your ass up and turn the heat up with me. i'll be posting about my workout and diet plan soon, stay tuned ✖✖
